Do people like me perpetuate negative gay stereotypes?

im just curious. im someone who has struggles for her entire life to accept myself in every way. i had issues with bulemia and self harm from a young age, ive spent time in hospitals for my eating disorder. my life came together when i accepted my sexuality and everything got better. does that mean that im a negative stereotype?
