How can I get over my love shyness?

Oh plz....Stop all this psychobabble nonsense, there's clinical, and there's clinical. Just go to their place of work, burst through the door like a bull in a china shop. Note, i said like a bull, not full of bull, hello M8. Pause, to get yer composure, seductively glance across at them whilst straigtening yer tie and then say in a very self assured way.....'are we 'avin a brew then'. Of course, this doesn't take into consideration the fact that there may be no tea, the milk may have gone off, etc etc, bu. t at least give it a try. Failing that there's always skinny latte's. GREAT!
