I can't swallow pills and also...?

Idk but I have the same problem and I'm 22. Can't swallow pills, can't eat food without a lot of chewing and a drink. I can't even eat jello or pudding without chewing. People say its in my head but I've tried a ton of times before and no go. It feels like my throat is closing off when I try.
