What is some good FREE budget tracking software?

I am looking for a free budget website or software that I can download for free. I can't afford Quicken (ironic right?) and I can't use Mint.com because my bank is an obscure FCU that isn't on the site. I have requested it to be added, but nothing as of yet has happened. I'm looking for a program that will show what categories I have been spending the most in and will record what I spend.
