Where can I go to find an obscure TV commercial from around 1990?

I'm trying to identify a commercial in the L.A. area at this time. I think it was for Mountain Dew, and it featured a skateboarder going through L.A.. I can't find it on Youtube. Is there a forum or something where I can go to ask other people if they know what it was? Thanks.
