Can someone please help me! Im a hypocondriac!?

Every little pain I get, I think im dying. im a healthy 21 year old girl and I have anxiety disorder and panic about everything. I have been to the hospital 6 times this year over things that have scared me. Ive been having gas all day and its been hurting my chest and everytime it does I freak out. I went to the hospital this morning cause I was having pain under my left breast and they did a EKG which was normal.
