Is this Knife legal in the state of Michigan to carry concealed?

I have a U.S. Air Force grade knife. The blade is 3" 5-16 long, one edged, spring-assisted, flip out knife. It has a small window breaker stub on the bottom end. I'm curious about whether it would be legal for me to carry this knife at all times or at least at certain times? I've read the Michigan Law that talks about the legal restrictions but they are very wordy and obscure. Can someone please boil it down for me? Thanks.
