Why do women perpetuate the lie that it doesn't matter if a guy is losing his hair?

Look at it the other way round. Why do you think the plastic surgery industry is so vast? - because men and women are just as superficial as each other. I'm sure men have 'flaked out' on women who have had the wrong size boobs, the wrong shaped legs, or simply not been thin enough.
