Why does Yahoo news post so much about glamour women, and celebrity affairs so much?

I think India is known abroad more for spirituality, cultural events, temple architecture, education standards, focus on agriculture, small scale industry, ways to a healthy body and mind, etc... Suddenly this bollywood has gained too much prominence and Yahoo seems to be perpetuating that false belief. I think they should cut out glamour and celebrity news altogether. It will be a service to the nation and the world in general. It will also be a snub to those who seek to demean Indians
